Paragraph 3.1.9.101 - Introduction of WOK induction tops, therefore for pots with spherical bottom
Paragraph 19.13 - Introduced maximum limit of 425°C for the temperature at the centre of the oven, above which the door must not be opened
Paragraph 20.102 - Introduced, for kitchens, the overturning test with a mass of 50 kg on the centre of the door or, if less favourable, 22.5 kg at the furthest point from door, tests for which it is also possible to use a wall fastening system.
